the apartment was huge and in a particularly good and excellent location next to beach and yumbo centre, the centre and sea and shopping restaurants ect.

Nice pool and exceptionally good room with a large balcony. Very amiable and pleasant staff overall. Situated in a good area and in the centre of Playa del Ingles. A shopping centre and a supermarket nearby.

We were so happy to find this hidden gem! The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The apartments were very clean and regularly cleaned during our stay. The sun loungers and beds were the comfiest we've ever experienced. The location was perfect, close to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. We also appreciated having everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including cooking facilities.

The main gate was in need of repair. It dragged along the ground, making a loud noise and waking us up late at night.

The proximity to the beach, its just around 5 min walk and there is quite few supermarkets around. Also the pool is very nice and regularly cleaned. Apartment was clean and sufficient, with nicely equipped kitchen. The balcony is really spacious and has also a table with chairs which is very nice for a breakfast outside.

There is an entrance for delivery for another hotel just opposite this one, so every morning there are trucks which are making some noise. When the door to the balcony is closed it is ok, but due to the noise we could not have it open. Also the walls are quite thin and if you have loud neighbors it might be a bit annoying. And there was no can opener in the kitchen. And also oven is not included.

The hotel has two-room apartments with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom which makes it very nice and good place to stay. The bedroom however has two separate beds, no double bed, whick makes a young coule's life difficult. The pool was good, but the beach nearby was more attractive to us. Parking is easy and free on Av. Tirma.

One of the beds was creaking when I moved while sleeping, which made me wake up several times. No double bed.

We didn't want to leave, would be happy to recommend. We really enjoyed the venue and its quiet setting.

Great value for money! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and serviced regularly. The well-stocked kitchen with hob and oven was a bonus. The free WiFi and safe were a pleasant surprise. The pool area was quiet and peaceful. a great stay!

Although we knew there was no air conditioning, it did get quite warm at night. The sunbeds being stuck in a lay-down position and the high shower pressure were minor inconveniences.

The accommodation is in a perfect location, close to the beach and shopping/entertainment areas; although unsuitable for anybody with mobility issues due to the steep hill in both directions. The apartments are large with a huge balcony, and there is maid service five days a week.

I was surprised to learn on arrival that the accommodation did not accept payment for the apartment on my credit card, and I was expected to visit the bank immediately in order to withdraw sufficient cash to pay for the holiday. This left me quite short of money for the two weeks' spent in Las Jacarandas. This was despite the fact that my credit card details had been taken and (as I thought) accepted at time of booking.The kitchen is basic but adequate, although perhaps a grill or microwave oven would be much appreciated.

It's really a super location with very friendly personel and clean rooms. This was the 5th time i staid in this appartment and i keep enjoying it.

The location of the property was perfect, with shops and the beach nearby. The friendly staff, especially Zaneda, provided excellent customer service and assistance with check-in and check-out. The rooms were basic but clean, and the daily towel change by the housekeeping staff was appreciated. The well-stocked kitchen with a hob and oven was a bonus for those who wanted to prepare their own meals.

Upon arrival, there was no staff on site, and the lift was broken, making it difficult to access the third floor. The lack of access to the safe and the need to pay upfront without a refund was frustrating.

The price was good

They do not accept credit cards for the payment, so i had a lot of troubles getting all the money in cash to pay, and the personnel at the hotel was all the time putting pressure on me, threatening to kick me out after the 2nd day, they didn't understand that i had a withdraw limit on 500 per month, which i had already reached, and i needed to wait a few days. this experience ruined my entire vacation

my recent stay in playa del ingles was amazing, but this time at jacarandas beach was even better! the location was perfect, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the kitchen had everything i needed and the pool area was quiet and relaxing. overall, a great stay that i would highly recommend!

Balcony gaps allowed for lack of privacy.

We had an amazing stay at Jacarandas Beach. The room was spacious with a separate bedroom, perfect for extra privacy. The quiet pool was a nice retreat, especially in April. The location was ideal, not too far from Yumbo or the beach. Zaneda, the helpful staff member, made our stay even better. She assisted us with check-in, check-out, and gave us directions to nearby shops. Zaneda's excellent English skills and professional demeanor were greatly appreciated. The daily towel change and housekeeping service were convenient, and the security was top-notch. Zaneda even arranged for a taxi for us. If you have any questions about your stay, make sure to ask Zaneda. Apartment 21 was fantastic, and we heard similar high praise about Zaneda from another guest, Jason in apartment 11. a great place to stay for individuals or couples, with shops and the beach within close proximity.
